Dr. Blair conducts research in community and economic development, specifically urban sprawl management, neighborhood development, and economic development policy. I also study policy networks and policy tools theories.
Professional Activities
Dr. Blair is active in the Urban Affairs Association and work with the Nebraska City Management Association. I also am a member of the Urban Management Education Committee, a partnership of the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration and the International City/ County Management Association.
Hobbies & Interests
Dr. Blair's hobbies and interests include bicycling, tennis and the Chicago Cubs.
